Source-weighted coin sentiment across 101 cryptocurrencies — updated every 30 minutes
How Coin Sentiment is Scored
Each article is first matched to coins using keyword definitions (ticker symbols, full names, and common aliases). The matching uses a title prominence multiplier: if the coin keyword appears in the headline, it receives 1.5× the weight versus appearing only in the body or summary.
The bias label (Pro-Crypto, Neutral, or Skeptical) is then weighted by the source credibility score (0.55–1.0 scale). An article from Reuters carries roughly twice the weight of an article from a single-coin-focused newsletter. Scores map as follows: weighted score above +0.15 = Bullish Pressure; below -0.15 = Bearish Pressure; between -0.15 and +0.15 = Neutral.
Our feed covers 101 coins from Bitcoin and Ethereum to smaller altcoins. Each coin is defined by a keyword set to avoid cross-contamination (e.g., "XRP" and "Ripple" are distinct from "Ripple Labs" corporate news).
